With the new head gasket ( i'm guessing it's thicker than stock ) and the head studs you should be fine running 10 pounds. As for the obd1 to run that ecu you will need to get an obd1 dizzy, dizzy harness, and harness to plug up the ecu.

How is the head going to a machine shop monday if it's sunday and you still don't know who you are going to?
