I'd just drop it lower in the chassis and do a dry sump system if necessary. I'm sure it could be made to fit without too much problem. I still shudder to think about what the difference in weight would be, or what the difference in front/rear weight distribution would be. It almost sounds like you'd end up with an Accord with a light rear-end.

What years and models did that engine come in, for those of us who don't pay much attention to Hondas/Acuras any more??

They're others like the new TL and accord but haven't had to get my hands on one yet.
