Thats because it wasn't a recall but a bulletin, a class action lawsuit followed. All the front brake systems need to be upgraded if it hasn't already been done. Basically you are trying to sell and over priced piece of shit. But maybe you can get a better but still shitty civic in trade you wont have to worry.
