There's a huge difference between city and county officers, for any of you who don't have any experience with that. There are several officers with the county that I know personally who take great pride in what they do and they do their best to do their job to the best of their ability... with that said, they're generally all good guys across the board with any department, but you find that a few bad apples make the whole bunch stink. In my experience, the county fellas seem to take things much more personally where as the guys in the city typically look at it as a paycheck and an opportunity to either be above the law or to make a difference in society. City guys are generally more laid back, relaxed, and personable.

In my experience, one time in particular, a county officer had a bit of an ego complex that may or may not have caused him to try a little too hard and maybe even drive beyond his own personal ability. That's going to cost me $15,4xx.
