You can try the shop call Fastlane on Williamson Rd (right beside Happys flea market). They mount 22s,24s and even 27s all the time. I just had them mount a set of 265/35/18s on 18x9.5 wheels for a really reasonable price. I'm not sure if they've had experience w/ stretching tires but they did a pretty decent job on my wheels.
