1.check the bulb.
2.shift light may be burnt out too.
3.could be a wire is disconnected near the break peddle this would cause it to disengage the cruize control. (or a fuse). check the linkage on the throttle cable on the throttle body and see if it is connected.
4.sounds like someone rewired the fog lights find the power source for the fog lights (ie. behind the switch and see if it is connected. (A wiring diagram would be helpful to find the correct wire for the fog lights. it sounds like it was connected to the power source for the turn signals.
5.have a few for sale ( not cheap quality.) and can install for free if sell.
6.add oil! and check compression.(does it smoke?)
7.paint it.or have it painted.(Can also paint it for you) about$ 200
8.get an intake (have a few)will give you one.
