At any rate, that's like saying an SUV that rolls when it's tires are low on pressure and the tread separates is not a problem unless someone doesn't check his tire pressures. It's nice to say, but the reality is most people aren't doing things properly, and the people in charge (be it in government or Ford) know this, and are supposed to account for it.
