11am today: Spotted about 6 Chesterfield County Police Cars (one was unmarked) all lined up next to each other accross from Kroger on Midlothian. They all had their windows down talking to each other. I passed them and was like WTH? Free Donuts? Then three more in the Sports Page parking lot accross the street.
