henrys towing was the same way here in my parking lot. they took two of my cars one night both with my stickers on the window in the right place.... one of which being my transam.... i did the dance with them and paid for one of my cars. the apt complaex made them bring back the other.....

EDIT: i remember his excuse now.... its because my car had a cover on it..... this is something i made sure to have a conversation with the apt complex manager and the manager at henry's about. i had an arrangement with both the managers that if anyone wanted to loko at my parking sticker. they had permission to lift my cover and look at my winshield.
Fuck Henry's wrecking service. Those guys are a bunch of crooks. They towed my bimmer to their lot after I got in an accident and by the time I got to it the next day someone had already gone through the car and stolen most everything. They took the good wheels, my m3 vader seats/shift knob/steering wheel, ecu, head unit and some other random things I had in the car. After much bullshit back and forth they cut me a check and apologized because go figure, the car was parked in a blind spot that their cameras couldn't see.
I'm 99.999% sure that a Henry's employee jacked all my parts.
I also had problems trying to pick up my buddy Cman's m5 from them. Every time I went in they told me I needed some different paperwork to pick it up and they wouldn't even let me look at it. Finally, after a lot of bickering and me threatening to sue them (again) they finally let me look at the car which was untouched, thankfully.
