not necessarily. there was an article i read a while back about aggressive cam profiles used in conjunction with forced induction, it actually reduced power in most cases compared to a milder cam. cams are just one more piece of the tuning puzzle, you can't just pick an aftermarket cam and hope for the best, doing some research will find you the right combination. there are some advertised 'turbo cams' out there that claim to find a happy medium between stock and aggressive, but generally speaking it's not very cost effective when running forced induction unless you're really going for the most power you can possibly squeeze out of a given motor.

you also have to take into account that you're already losing power on the low end of the rev range as the turbo spools, a more aggressive cam profile is only going to make the low-end worse. granted, the benefit of having all that extra air in the higher rev range is fantastic, but then you'll need more fuel, the right tune, etc. etc. also if you want to really crazy you'll have to build the shit out of the motor to keep up with the powerband a wild cam will provide. most of the 'race' cams out there barely even start making power until the upper end of the factory rev range, and extend the powerband a few thousand rpms over that, that's where you'll gain the most benefit.
