Depends.... if you want it "crushed" bent then almost any muffler shop can do it for you. However if you are trying to get it "mandrel" bent, then the only place I know is the Naval Shipyard... You should just buy the bend that you need and get it welded or take your piping to any performance shop. If you would've posted this a month ago, I would've fabricated something for you cheap. I'm leaving for deployment now.
