Ive been doing this for about 5 years now as my parents flip homes I go in and paint them as well as I do this for side money. I do not use the spray gun to paint as it leaves a mess I always use rollers and a brush.

Few Questions:
Do you need me to buy the paint (if so I require half up front)?
How many rooms and sq. ft is the unit?
Do you need the trim and ceilings painted as well?
What color are the walls now?
