Default ITR motor in an EG/EK HB

I was wondering what the advantages would be of putting an ITR motor over a H22 in an EG/EK HB. What all is needed besides the normal engine swap components(ie. tranny, ecu, axles, shift linkage, alternator, etc etc)? Or would you just put a different motor in there to begin with and not mess with either one of these. How would I go about setting up the engine mounts so that the motor fits properly and would there be enough room for one to fit. I have seen plenty of LS/vtec and GSR motors in a HB but dont know if the ITR motor is any bigger, but i do know they are the same motor essentially just different internal components. Any suggestions as how to go about the whole process and if you have any places that are reputable for good motors would help me alot. Thanks and i am sure this question has been asked a million times.
