it was actually measurably more difficult / frustrating fitting the ls2, i can think of 3 fairly complicated situations that developed specifically because of the ls2 choice.

the front fenders are replaced completely, the rear fenders were supposed to be cut out before the body kit went on, instead i got to cut them out after the paint was finished.

the car holds temperature fine, i agree something could be done with the front, but for now i'm just happy its out of my way.
