It is in great cond and works fine. Only reason I am selling is because I am going to cancel my subscription.Will come with car charger and head phones(ones that came with it). The only trade I will consider for is a ZUNE because it also has fm receiver.I think new I paid $300 or $400 and like I said it is in like new cond
