Yeah, I've had to travel over by the goodyear plant several times... that strip is awesome. You can find something around $500 a month, but I would recommend getting a roommate and splitting something nicer--I may even be a candidate for that, my current crib plans have fell through.
Not to be rude, but if you're holding no current degrees or certifications, something like this would pretty much be what you'd be limited to until you get some good experience under your belt. Great place to start though. When I get the go ahead, I'll send you a pm for the resume.
P.S... does anyone know wtf was in that crate?
