Rameybuilt put a cv axle in that side around october (noise was before at after) because the boot was ripped. The ball joints appear to be in good shape. i havent checked the strut mounts. I will make a list of what to check and go try as more ideas pour in. I will try moving the tire up and down as well. I did it without the tire on and played with the rotor up and down with presented zero results. I DO NOT have to be turning for the sound to occur. Just hit any sort of bump or ripple in the road.
