i take it it was your 1st ticket? u should have said that to start with. your first ticket (no matter what i think) won't go on your record. i got a ticket in bedford on 460 for 68 in a 55 and i just had to pay the court cost and take DIP and 1yr no tickets or both would go on my record. i think that's pretty standared for your 1st ticket in VA.
what if you had a clean record then one day you were pulled for drag racing, 83 in a 55, and wreckless:swerving ???
