S2000 Aftermarket clutch..annoyance issues
Okay, so roughly about 5-6000 miles ago I replaced the clutch in my s2000. I used a ACT stage 3 six puk sprung clutch kit with a fidanza flywheel. It bites very hard no doubt and it doesn't slip. I don't have any engagement problems, grinding problems or any thing of that nature but I have some particular annoyances that are making me want to get another clutch kit.
Annoyances are:
Upon decel it sounds like a fucking dumptruck. Its like "wahhhhhhhh wahh wah wahhhhmppp ratttleeeeeeee" I know its a shitty description, but no its not "clutch buzz" I'm pretty sure its the throwout bearing they sent with the kit, I push the clutch pedal in and the noise goes away. But I'm not going to always put the clutch pedal to the floor just to get rid of the noise, I shouldn't have too.
During engagement sometimes, it seems and sounds like the metal rivets are scraping the flywheel. Its like a squealing noise, kinda like a wet tennis shoe on a rainy day in a store with tiles. Only that wet tennis shoe has 1000+ Revolutions Per minute. It's annoying and sometimes scares me that the clutch is just going to shit out. At this point, once money gets a little better I'm really thinking about just buying another clutch kit (aftermarket, because I am going to boost...alot soon)
Also, upon engagement I have clutch chatter (expected) but it seems like the drivetrain is shaking. Its like a train track with a fat ass train coming on it, but in a fast forwarded speed. Everytime I turn, while coasting (like 10mph to about a 45-70 degree right or left turn I hear clicking)
FYI-Nothing is loose externally, I have looked, checked and torqued each and every bolt that I even tampered with. No sensors with clips are rattling around, no o2 sensor is loose, no exhaust bolt is loose and nothing was left off.
Is it something I should be worried about, or is it normal with this shitty clutch company that I will never buy from again? (I've always used comp clutch because ACT seems to have short life expectancy)
