is there a way out? i got it on Pacific on my way to the beach this bitch cop on a bike pulled me over waiting for a light haha. she also wrote my name wrong on the ticket i dont know if it matters.the car is also in my brothers name.can i tell the judge im from out of state and the car is my brothers and i didn't know the exhaust law out here? cause i still have my CA license.
