Its a 35% stake actually, which is the largest share compared to the rest of it's share holders. In a sense, this does make them "owners", more like "co-owners " though.
EDIT* 20% is their's NOW, they have to meet a couple guidlines to get the other 15%, which will be granted in 5% increments.
