The 3rd brake light is part of the rear spoiler stock on 92-93 GSR's. If I wouldnt have sold it before I sold you the car that would have been included, but the trunk was already welded soo....

You could ghetto rig a BS 3rd brake light up on the window and get it inspected then remove it lol GL man hope you're still liking the car. NC inspection is really easy to pass compared to VA aparently..
