Registration is open to the public, and plenty of slots left. If anyone's thinking of going but hasn't signed up yet, make sure to get on the base access list ASAP! The link's on the TSCC website; it'll be submitted to the base tomorrow night. You need to be on if you plan to drive or spectate; it's quite painless to get on base, so don't let the access list scare you away.
