First go buy a can of paint and do the valve cover so it doesn't look like shit. Second wipe down the engine bay so it at least looks semi clean. Ditch that yellow looking rag over by the left motor mount. I think a piece of hose is like $1 or so for the valve cover to the intake. While at the intake get two clamps for intake as needed for the throttle body. btw that is a short ram intake. I'll stop there and just agree with doodoodc4 and say sell it for $2k obo
