In other words, you're wasting your breath. This site is full of retards like him that live on this site and love to try and look cool and think along the lines of "omgz plus rep for me if i saiz this?" instead of owning up and realizing that everyone has done dumb shit. Yes, the guy did something incredibly dumb and he paid for it with his life, that doesn't change the fact that he could have been a great guy who usually made intelligent decisions but lost it all from a stupid 60 second mistake. But then I'm wasting my breath cause we're on the site that loves to post up the regular cool guy bullshit "Thanks for making my insurance rates go up" or "Idiot deserved it" from the same people who at times also make retarded decisons. Putting on a helmet to move the bike from the road to his driveway? LOLOL, now I've heard it all.....
You've pretty much said what I said. I never once said he deserved it. I lost a cousin to a motorcycle crash that was HIS FAULT, he was my Mom's nephew and I was devastated by it as we grew up together. Did I feel grief? Of course, did he get what he asked for? YES, he made a bad decision and that's what he got because of it. He did NOT deserve to die, but he DID get what he asked for when he tried to do 120 on a 2 way highway with no jersey wall divider. I keep thinking to myself "WHAT WAS HE THINKING AT THAT TIME?" He'd been riding for over 6 years and wasn't a drinker, it STILL doesn't make sense to me, he never made reckless decisions like that in the past but he did something out of his comfort zone and paid for it big time.
We all take our own risks, all I'm saying is that it just takes a little bit of reserve to keep yourself from going overboard and ending yourself. I bear no ill-will to any riders unless they're stupiding around me (I.E. that 900RR rider from either central or nova during the last group ride where people came from Nova to here, trying to do an end-o on atlantic blvd during rush hour in a group of 15+ bikes).
