18k.. Get an auto pontiac trans am 99 or 98 and do the following

99TA - 12-13k
exhaust, headers, intake, airlid, cam, pushrods, rockers, springs, adj drag shocks and springs, nittos or bfg's, tuning, 3.73 gears.

Should get you around 18-19k deep in the11's.

Then start saving for a 12 bolt rear end real fast!!
