there really is NO way to prove it spoon doesn't put markings on their internals. I didn't buy them direct from spoon. They made 188 whp on a completley stock B16B. i put them on here not really expecting anyone to believe they were real and so its take 'em or leave 'em. i guess if you really wanted to we could put a dial on 'em and measure the lift and duration.
