Back when I lived in Surry I had a ghetto neighbor like you who thought it was funny to let his dog run lose in my yard.

The first time I called him and told him to remove the animal

The second time I went outside and blew it’s head off with a 45/70 and called the police to deal with it. Then laughed at him when had to come over and clean up what was left of his dog. He was so saddddddd ;(

In this day and age you can't play games with these types of animals because people like YOU train them to be vicious then shrug it off when they maul the elderly neighbor to death.
