Obviously I’m not advocating you go discharging firearms in a parking lot when your life isn’t in danger. That could net you additional charges.

On the other hand simply killing the dog when your life isn’t in danger is only a slap on the wrist. Say a piece of rebar to the head

And to answer your question, no I have a zero tolerance for pit bulls and thier dumbfuck owners who think it's funny to threaten people with them in public and laugh it off when the dog mauls their elderly neighbors to death.
