Ive seen a cop walk to the middle of the bridge with a radar gun and just hit people with it, and in the little post office or school or whatever it is on the ODU side of the bridge there were seriously like 7 Cop cars.
I've seen a cop standing behind some bushes on the ODU side of the bridge hitting people with the radar gun, while two crusiers sat hiden around the corner. There was pretty much no way to see the trap till it was too late, but I got lucky and happened to not be speeding at the moment
