Was headed south on i95 this morning about 1030-1045 when I passed two groups, one group of four cars on the right side with a couple troopers (one of the guys was in an M3 holding hack on the shoulder while the others were being addressed by state police) and about 4-6 miles further south on the left side shoulder another group of 4 imports was going thru the same routine. Cops were out in fource. I counted 9 troopers between Fredericksburg and 295!
