You richmond guys complaining about cops is hilarious. I'm in Richmond weekly and hardly ever see any cops. I think I've seen 2 cops during my last 9 visits to Richmond. Here in Fredericksburg If I leave my neighborhood I will pass by at least 3-5 within 2 miles of my home GUARANTEED and on a friday or saturday night it's pretty much impossible to go anywhere without one always in sight in one direction or another.
