actually not to be an ass or nothing. but if your spraying kandy. you can lay over your first base color. then go on top spray your flake. then have your car that color with the flakes. wait 2 days come back water sand with 600 the whole car. lay your 5 coats of kandy and go on top with prolly 2 coats of clear. since your kandy is pretty much like clear, you'll put the 2 just for insurance in case you have to buff.
good god thats uh....a lot of paint. Everyone paints different i guess. I would want my flake to be on the last thing applyed over my base. I want the FULL effect of the flake.
