so dudeman that hit me went to court today, i was supposed to go buuuut the fuckin swine flu kept me away from that.. so my lawyer calls me today and tells me all the shit that happened. he says dude lost his license for a year. has to pay some huuuge ass fine. but the shitty thing.. he isnt going to jail. and the felony hit and run.. dropped to a misdimenor. gay as fuck. he did get charged with resisting arrest. but not for giving them false information. BS. so overall dude got let off fairly easy. but he did admit to the dui. sooo gaay.

I got hit by a ford f250 disel in a parking lot mind im not in my car..He did a hit and run on me breaks my collar bone had over 20 people looking for his ass no one could find him than hours later turns himself in..Than we go all the way to grad jury he pleads no contest(if the DA's office would have none he was going to do this we wouldnt have went all the way to grand jury) so weeks later he goes in for his sentence it gets drop from felony hit and run to a misdimenor he got 10 or 20 days in jail spent on the weekends..
I was soooo F'in pissed..
...but i do have a civil suit going on with him now
