No it does not work like your mom and dad. You must have great parents if they are funding for you social activities. We had track days and it gets to be expensive. Everything was funded from our own pockets from club stickers to t-shirts. We also did not get any approval for any of our activities and it was hard for us to find a mentor to make it VCU official.
