Ok, You have to use the harness that is currently in the car that the swap is going into. Use your civic's harness.

It sounds like you should just pay someone to do the swap for you. Also you need to do a timing belt and water pump on the B20 because you most likely do not know the history of that engine. If you decide to have some one do it PM me and I can give you a price.
