We have two or three XL's for loan, but nothing bigger. You can find M2005 helmets under $100 if necessary, http://www.helmetcity.com is a popular source.
I take a 64 metric hat, and it seems like it's the same for helmets. My dad has an XL motorcycle helmet and while I can physical put it on my head it causes me pain.
