Default Re: cars that look like the 89 bmw 325i (e30)

i had 300k on my 325e and it would have been fine if it weren't for some unmarked construction taking out my rear subframe.

with fap99.com, pelicanparts.com, euro depot, bma, bavarian auto recyclers, etc it's cheap as fawk to maintain an e30

it cost me less to rebuild my last e30 motor than my last honda motor (single cam vtec).

buy a chassis, buy an m50 for $500, enjoy having 20 more hp and hydraulic lifters. just make sure to replace the water pump with a metal impeller one and get an aluminum t-stat housing.

if you'd like, we could probably build you one depending on what you're looking to spend.

streetlamp, I'm unfamiliar with a few of the statements you made. do you have a link to the information?

also, 88's have metal bumpers even though they are facelift cars. metal bumpers are a decent deal heavier than plastics, in addition to being ugly

for more information regarding e30's, check r3vlimited.com or e30tech (I prefer r3v).
