I don't oppose this idea however why would anyone have to pay a dollar for what would be otherwise free parking, hell this guy stands a good chance of generating more revenue just by having people there who decide to become patrons because of his generosity (if he were to not charge $1 just to park someplace) not that it's a money issue for me more of a principle issue.
Security? unless we pay wackenhut (or some other agency) the self regulation thing prolly wont work too well, and personally I am not interested in paying a security agency to watch me sit in a parking lot does this sound logical? and yeah if a fight breaks out run and call the cops? sorry definetly not my style. Thats what informants are for. What we should do is find either someone who has a relatively long driveway or a local buisness that would be interested in letting us utilize their space for free. The likely hood of someone offering their parking lot as a safe haven is pretty slim but maybe having 5-10 ppl with cars hang out at like either my pad once in a while or someone elses seems more feasible no security no tresspasing, and you can do mostly whatever you want on your own private property. And the whole $1 kinda bothers me. Just because anywhere I usually hang out or whatever I am more than willing to become a generous patron but ask me to pay $1 for parking where it would normally be free and you'll never see $.01 from me
