You shouldn't even need an attorney, I'm sure if that guy is willing to testify then you should be awarded full damages for the price of the rims, as well as paying for the services of whoever examined the wheels, and you could probably BS other things about how you couldn't drive your car for a week, or something like that, and how you incurred additional living cost or emotional strife as a result of AFS Wheels's lack of commitment to resolving the problem. Should be good for $1000-1500
