lol. i think we got pulled by the same cop. i was near the kellys on laskin. she basically told me the same thing. i have asked around and i am going to just pay the fine. im not wasting my time with court. although i thought about registering my car elsewhere but i dont think it will matter to vbpd. anyway good luck.
My car isn't registered in VA, they don't care. The laws says if it's operated on virginia roads it needs to comply.
