yes they can only look up ur recepit if u have paid credit card, but if u have the plan then you obviously bought the phone through us. if it is not working, you can take it up there with the plan. im surprised, the recepit should have been in the little booklet of the plan. i work tomorrow and will talk with my manager about this.
