For example, there’s an Integra on the forum with dents/rust/broken muffler for $2200. I was made fun of when I made a more reasonable offer as it was ‘rare’. Identical car on ebay, more options, immaculate shape (no dents/rust, etc), all service records from the dealership, adult driven, lower miles, nothing wrong, went for $150 more than I offered the other guy. (kicking myself for not picking it up) Sorry for the mini-rant, but I’ve pretty much given up on this forum for looking for a car. Again, good luck.
