Uh.... how about you tell me what happened. If you mean you weren't issued a ticket, then that doesn't mean you weren't at fault. I.e. you hydroplane and hit a guardrail.... you may not get cited for speeding or reckless driving, but it's still an at fault collision claim and for that your rates will go up and should go up.
