How much did it take on a recharge? should be taking 3 to up to 5 cans. When running-you should be at least 20-30 psi. Lots of hand held gauges are not reliable and need to be bumped to engage the schrader pin. Fill it with the compressor jumped on and AC in high and fan on high until your high limit switch is engaged....then release 5 PSI
