I used to work there as a detailer for a year and a half. Ive been out of there for about a year or so now but I still have a few friends who work there, couple of them are techs and a couple are in parts. They lose a lot of their workers (techs and detailers) because most of management there are jackasses. But they treat their service advisors and such pretty good. The old service manager used to be a complete dick though, but he has quit and they have since gotten a new service manager and from what I hear hes not bad. Overall, if your looking for a company change I would say go for it. But thats just my personal opinion. You know how the car business can be.
