Just something else to think about, some of the pricing difference often comes down to whether they have that color/type of powder already in-house. If they don't have the powder in stock (for example it's a strange color), they may have to buy a few pounds or whatever the minimum size may be, and that cost is often passed along to you if they don't think they'll use that color again any time soon.
I know that doesn't matter in this case and sounds kind of random, but I'm just throwing that out there as something I've learned over the years about powdercoaters.
