i was coming home tonight, just cruising through kiln creek when a silver prelude comes by on the left side. He slows down about half a car in front of me...starts to slow down like he wants to get up next to me(i would have given a thumbs up..the car looked pretty clean) but than out of nowhere he just takes off.
