ok, serious question here...

if vw didn't specifically make the 'new beetle' for women, or those who behave quite womanly, why did they put a hole in the center of the dash MEANT for a 'flower vase'??

we used to sell those vases at the dealer for STUPID MONEY, and sure enough, people would come and buy them up.


another thing: why do vw owners pay $15+ for valve stem caps with VW on them?? if an onlooker wasn't able to tell it was a vw from the outside you figured you'd help them along?? wtf!
