I know three programming languages, have 10+ years in freelance web design and graphic design, am a certified help desk professional, have experience in the IT industry on several levels, have worked quite a few customer service jobs, done collections, sales, and have quite a bit of insurance background on both the tech support side of it and as a corporate liability coordinator for a large national corporation. Am I able to use any of that experience right now? None. lol.. FML.
